Tuna and Noodle Casserole

2 C Noodles Cooked
1 can Tuna
1 can Cream of Mushroon Soup
1/2 C Milk
1 can Peas (drained)
1 can Mushrooms (drained)
4 OZ Velveeta Cheese (cut into cubes)
2T Dried Onion Flakes

Combine all ingredients and place in a large covered casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Trail Bars

1/2  C Milk
1     C Sugar
1/2  C Honey
1/2  C Butter
1/2  C Peanut Butter
4     C Rolled Oats
1     C Pecans
1     C Dried Cranberries
1/2  t  Vanilla
1/2  t   Cinnamon

Mix butter, sugar, honey, and milk in a large saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in  peanut butter until blended. Roll in the rest of the ingredients. Pat into a buttered 9x13 inch pan. Chill overnight.

Cut into squares, wrap in saran wrap, and place in a gallon zipper baggie. Can be frozen.

You can add any other ingredients you like, just don't add too many. The batter won't stick together. We have added raisins, dates, walnuts, etc.

Snowball Cookies

1 C    Butter
1/4 C Sugar
2 C    Flour
2 C    Pecans

Combine ingredients until mixed well.  Roll into 1-2 inch balls. Bake on ungreased sookie sheet at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

Allow to cool; then pour 2 cups confectioners sugar into a large ziploc baggie, and drop cooled cookies into sugar and remove one at a time. Store between waxed paper layers.

Baked Chicken Spread

Baked Chicken Spread
(Great on crackers)

8 OZ Cream Cheese
8 OZ Sour Cream
12 OZ Can on Chicken drianed (or 2 cooked chicken breasts shredded)
3T Parmesan Cheese 
1 1/2 t Garlic Salt

Mix all ingredients together and spread on a large baking stone. Top with more parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
